REFUNDS & RETURNS
We are totally committed to customer satisfaction and in the event you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, we will either:
- 1. Exchange your item for a different size or colour
- 2. Exchange your item for a different item from our collection
- 3. Offer you a full refund
In order to receive a refund or exchange, it is vital that items are returned to us in perfect condition, unworn, with all the labels attached. We will not accept returned items where there is any evidence of wear.
Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, as a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for a full refund.
To return an item, you must email customer service within 7 days after you receive the goods, quoting the order details. We will give you a Returns Number and assist you to return items back to us.
Items are your responsibility till they reache us. Items must be sent back to us using a reputable courier or a service like Royal Mail Special Delivery. The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.
We will credit any due refund to the credit/debit card used to purchase items. This excludes any delivery charges.
Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
