EXTRA INFORMATION

• Our distribution centre does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, or Bank Holidays.
• UK orders are sent via courier or special delivery with Hermes or Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery. If no one is in a calling card will be left and your goods can be collected as per the instructions on the card.
• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
• Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties.
